My max bid was 67.78 and yet the auction was won by a bid of 62

At first glance I can see that there was previously a bid of 155.00 that must have been retracted. Gixen found this bid and skipped the snipe.

Would Gixen not recover from that? How long was it before the auction completed?

The bid was retracted 7 seconds before the end of the auction, that is very late indeed (in fact I didn't think eBay allowed you to retract in the last 12 hours of an auction) and at the time gixen would have been making its bid, what offset did you have on your snipe?
