|
|
Hi Mario,
My colleague wanted to place a snipe on an item, which requires PayPal. We tried checking on the gixen site, but without success. She does not have a PayPal account linked to the email address on which she has signed up for eBay. In this case, will the snipe work?
Thanks and keep up the excellent work! |

I am not sure if ebay has a way to restrict bids based on if your account is linked to a paypal account or not - but the rule is - if it works manually, it works through Gixen and vice-versa. In fact, Gixen does nothing else than emulates a browser to submit your bid. |

Thanks for that quick response. You can find some information here:
pages.ebay.com/help/sell/buyer-requirements.html
The seller has set a block on buyers, who do not have a Paypal account. From experience, I had to once login manually onto PayPal before the bid went through (pre-gixen era ofcourse ). So, the snipe option looks a bit doubtful for this situation. What do you think? |

As said before, if the bid wouldn't go through manually, it won't go through with Gixen either. |
