No paypal account error

Hello Mario, I have linked my account from eBay and PayPal 3 times and I'm still getting the same error.

Well, I recommend that you do a manual bid the next time; If you still get the same error, the only thing you can do is contact eBay customer support. I recommend that you replicate the problem first without using Gixen, and then call them.

If the manual bid goes through (with the same seller) please let me know, and I will turn on detailed logging. I don't, however, think it's likely the problem is in Gixen.

This is a known eBay glitch. See the thread http://forums.ebay.com/db1/thread.jspa?threadID=2000618932&tstart=0&mod=1224532457215 on the eBay bidding board for directions to correct the problem. If that doesn't help, it's time to contact eBay customer support.
