| gixen did not make my bid on item number 380070161210 and gave the reason: bid under asking price though the item closed at 1.99 and i put 2.75 which means more than the minimum increment asked.was it a wrong message given by gixen or was there another problem?thanks for explaining what happened .regards |

Hi, thanks for your fast response and for fixing the problem,and don't worry, it was not an important item anyway.it's been nearly a year that i am using gixen,and i am very satisfied,today i won 3 auctions with no problem.
