I'm getting:
Warning: pg_connect() [function.pg-connect]: Unable to connect to PostgreSQL server: FATAL: too many connections for role "web" in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/home_main.php on line 94
Warning: pg_freeresult(): supplied argument is not a valid PostgreSQL result resource in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/home_main.php on line 99
Warning: pg_close(): supplied argument is not a valid PostgreSQL link resource in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/gixen/home_main.php on line 102
I guess I'll wait for a while and try again. _________________ Mark |

Sorry about that, apparently I need to add another web server to the front-end... Sniping is not affected by this, only user interface.

I guess its probably a bit marginal, you need another one at certain times during the weekend... but it would be hardly used for most of the week... I don't suppose the hosting facility would be prepared to rent you an extra one for 2 days a week
Personally I'm not really concerned if its not available for a few hours as I tend to keep at least 12 hours ahead with my snipes and I know (because you've given us enough information before) that the actual sniping function is not affected by the web interface being inaccessable. _________________ Mark |

I'm getting this again today.
I'm a bit surprised to get it on a Thursday! _________________ Mark |

I'll have to think about how to eliminate such occurrences... It doesn't affect sniping, but it's certainly a bad user experience. |
