Not letting me input bids through

I am trying to input bids through the chrome extension on ebay. I open the extension and type in a normal number like 10 and press add, then it loads forever and finally appears with this \"Could not add this item - auction number or money format not valid.\" Both are absolutely correct, not sure what the issue is but its not letting me on any cards, I've tried more than a few other and all are having the same issue
