|
|
I had a chain bid set up with 5 similar auction items. The first item was not bid on apparently due to down time today. Gixen then "canceled" my 2nd, 3rd and 5th place in the chain. It also placed a bid on my 4th item ... 2 days before the auction ended. This is my first time trying to use the service, but I assume this is not the intended behavior?
The 2 day early bid was placed on this auction:
270061382140 1 d, 11 h, 32 m xx.xx xx.xx 1 HIGH BIDDER
Any ideas?
Thanks! |

Here is what happened - the end time has changed for that auction - seller extended auction for 2 days exactly. Gixen had the original end time, and submitted bid at that time.
I will now probably add some code to check the end time one more time just before submitting bids.
I'm truly sorry about this - and thank you for reporting the problem.

I added additional check to the code. Around 2-3 minutes before the auction end, end time will be checked one more time now.
Sorry once again. If some comfort for your early submitted bid, you helped improve Gixen.
