Hello, I subscribed to mirror through web yesterday. When I tried to log in from app it says I am NOT subscribed and it asks me to pay $2.99 monthly. Under settings it doesn?t show that Mirror features either.
Also, when I tried Gixen for first time yesterday (on Web), I imported my eBay watchlist and set up all my bids. I won one auction, however after loosing the next one, Gixen cancelled all my remaining lineup of bids. When I go to settings (on web) I notice the ?contingency bidding? feature which sounds similar to whats?t happening here. However it?s turned off. So not sure why Gixen is cancelled my bids once I loose one of them |

On the settings page under the Mirror subscription options does it have any record of you making the payment ?

Did you use standard Groups at all ?... because that's designed to cancel future snipes once you WIN one of them.

On the settings page under the Mirror subscription options does it have any record of you making the payment ? Yes, on web it says ?Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Sun, Nov 1, 2026.?. But on app it doesn?t

yes I added all auctions to ?Group 1? does add auctions to group automatically enable that function you mentioned? I thought groups were designed just for organizing bids |

No, standard groups are for when you only want to win one of the items.
If you want to try to win them all, don't use Groups.
There is a concept of 'Multi-Win Groups'... but that is only effective with a Mirror Subscription anyway.

No, standard groups are for when you only want to win one of the items.

Got it. So won?t use groups anymore. However how do I delete ALL completed auctions so that they don?t show up every time I import my current updated watchlist?
Also, any idea why the app is recognizing I am ?mirror? subscriber? |

Never mind, purge is working now. I only see the new listings. mobile web was just looking different than desktop web.
Back to 2nd question, any idea why app is not recognizing I am \"mirror\" sub? note than I downloaded the app and logged in for first time AFTER i subbed and paid through PayPal through mobile web UI. So maybe a glitch of some sort?
Another thing I noticed is that when I do import watchlist on app it does NOT consider my settings of offset default to 3/5 seconds that i had setup on Mobile web. instead it defaults to 1/4 |

Are you sure those are completed ?
Highlighted in yellow generally means the auction is still running, but your snipe value is below what is necessary for Ebay to accept those bids.
If you want to delete those the quickest way is to select the toggle buttons to their left and then select the big red cross at the top of that column.

It would be useful if you looked on the Settings page, as I suggested, to see if the payment is registered there...
Otherwise we could be talking about two separate Gixen accounts, one that you've opened on the desktop, and a different one on the Mobile.

Is another indication you might have set up different accounts.
Please check that you've logged into the same Gixen account on both devices.
