paid via stripe but account still restricted

Hi Please can you help me I subscribed to the mirror site via stripe. for a year but nothing has changed - I cannot access the mirror site or add new snipes as I have used 4 already this month. My payment was made and it shows in my settings, I emailed support at gixen.com 24 hours ago with the info of the payment ref and time, but I haven\\'t had any feedback that the email even got there - please can this be checked Many Thanks Chris

As per this thread, you did the right thing.

Mario has acknowledged that payments via stripe are more problematic and is looking into why that might be.

Only Mario that can straighten it out for you, but like us all he does have other things that take up his time, so please give him a bit of time, and if you don't hear back after a few days try again. Maybe from a different email account, if you have access to one, since so many emails seem to never reach their intended destination these days.

Please always remember to include your Gixen id along with the description of the issue, with details of when any payments were made.
