authorization failed

JUST tuned in and saw that my ebay snipe was not placed as i forgot to update my password change that i did this morning because I was using my other desktop and didnt feel like searching for my password so i created a new one. Damm i lost out on a great auction, I am so mad that i canceled my upcoming gixen snipes and will lay off ebay for a while. Damm i am mad.. why didnt Gixen just update the new password??? the authorization. damm....

I presume you changed your Ebay password ?

Unfortunately that always causes Ebay to cancel all third party authorisations, also they don't inform those third parties that the authorisation has been revoked... so it's not until they try to use it again that the issue can be detected.

So, if you want this changed, you are best petitioning Ebay to change their system of automatically revoking third party authorisations in these circumstances.
