I recently paid for the Gixen Mirror subscription, but my account is still showing the free-tier bid limit. Does anyone know how to update the account to reflect the subscription if it hasn?t updated automatically?

If this happens it's best to contact Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page.

Please always provide your Gixen id when contacting Mario, and in this case some details of the payment made (when and for what level of service) would be helpful in order to be able to track down what happened and correct it.

I emailed suppor[at]gixen.com last night and didn't get a replay. I just emailed again using the email feature in the forum. Please let me know if there is some other way I can message you my information and proof of payment.
