I tried to add several snipes to my sniped, but only two show3d up, I had to manually add them but made mistakes. Have my snipe subscription lapsed?

If you can add snipes without getting any warnings via the web interface, then I'd say that's an indication that your subscription has not expired and that your authorisation is still valid. However, you can also check both these things in the first two sections of the Settings page.

To be honest I'm not clear, from what you've written, what issue it is that you are having, so you may need to respond with a few more details about what you are trying to do when you see the problem, what method you are trying to use to add snipes, because there are several that differ in subtle ways.

I can't, at the moment, see any changes on the Ebay or Gixen pages that I use, but I do use ebay.co.uk almost exclusively, which may be different from what you use. We all use the same Gixen interface at gixen.com.
