Cannot log in

I just had to change my eBay password and now can't log in to Gixen with either my old or new password.

I repeatedly get this error message: \"Password is not a match. Could not log you in (128, ).\"

Gixen does not use your ebay password, Gixen and eBay passwords are not related.

To change your Gixen password, use https://www.gixen.com/forgotpassword.php

When you change your eBay password, however, you have to re-authorize Gixen on eBay. eBay requires that you renew the authorization every 18 months or whenever you change your ebay password or username.
