Mirror Subscription transfer - where does it go?

Hoping someone can help me here.

I created a new ebay account for new selling and hobby. As such, I tried to transfer my mirror subscription to that account. I transferred it to a new 'username' which I thought would be my ebay username, but it seems that it is a Gixen username.

I skipped over the section that says ebay authorization which I now realize is a mistake. It seems what I needed to do what to change my ebay linking instead.
I'm afraid I've transferred my account to a non-existent user on gixen.

I tried to create an account with the new username but without an email linked to it I cannot retrieve it.

Can someone help me to restore this back to my account or help me to set up a new account under that username so that I may continue my original task? Would this be something I should email support now?

You can just transfer it back - the transfer will work even from a non-existent username, you will still get an email to confirm it. If that doesn't work, please email support@gixen.com.
