Hi - I've subscribed to the Gixen 1 Year Mirror Service (recurring), received receipt of payment and had the funds debited from my account however this is not reflect on my Gixen account.
When I log in i get the message 'You have not yet subscribed to or activated Gixen Mirror'. Can you please assist getting this fixed?
Can you please email support@gixen.com and include your username? If your paypal email address is different from the email address you are emailing me from please let me know what it is.
