snipes failing

I came back to gixen a few days ago and found that I needed to renew my contract. I did this and have the receipt.
However, all of my snipes have failed, when my snipe was for more than the winner. what can I do?

What is the status that Gixen gives your snipes after the auction has completed ?

As well as paying for the subscription, did you also renew the authorisation ?
