Gixen uses payment processors Paypal or Stripe to collect payments from you. It doesn't hold your financial information itself.

You can, however change your funding source for each recurring subscription in your paypal account. Look for recurring subscription (or click on the paypal subscription id on the Gixen settings page), and then edit the funding source.
