Error message ?sorry, this item already present?

Item does not have a bid set up, deleted from watchlist, but still not working.

Tried adding snipe via watchlist and directly entering item number, still not working.

Tried adding different item, still same issue

Was it the 'PURGE OLD' option on the 'My Snipes' page or the 'Delete' button in the Export/download section of the 'Settings' page that you used to resolve this issue ?
