No longer use gixen so want to cancel but the website is literally something out of 2006 and there is no account profile page to manage subscriptions.
I love the site and glad to support with my $7 this year for the service but for next year can you unsubscribe me, thanks. |

| Okay, I found the settings page but there is no way to cancel Paypal recurring from there it seems like anyways lol |

Any subscriptions can be cancelled from within your Paypal account.
If you can't find it I think Mario has the ability to reject or suspend payments, but he'd need your Gixen id and registered Paypal email address. You can send those to him confidentially via email at the support address given on the Contact page.

Cancelling in PayPal is false! I just went to PayPal and, when I selected the cancel for the extra billing, PayPal sent me directly here to Gixen.

I think if people are being redirected here, it's more likely from a record of payment and not from the record of the actual recurring subscription.
These are in different places on the Paypal site... I'm aware that the Paypal site can be very confusing and counter intuitive... actually, much more so than here. But really that's not an issue we can deal with here as Gixen has absolutely no influence on how Paypal choose to present information. Customers concerned about this issue should contact Paypal direct if they can't figure out how to use their site... and I'd still hope that they would be able to give more impartial advice than has perhaps been evident recently.

| I tried to make this easier. On the Gixen settings page, paypal subscription id links to the page where this subscription is displayed by paypal. Of course, paypal requires login, and you have to log in using the same paypal account that was used to subscribe. |

| I am unable to cancel recurring payment through Paypal and am sent here, where I also cannot find a way to cancel. I love Gixen and have supported it for years, but do not ever like auto renewals. Please show me a specific way to cancel it here. Thanks |

Nevermind. Found it at the bottom of the Paypal page, where it says \"remove Paypal as payment method\". Not exactly clear, but it worked |
