| Are email notifications about ending bids no longer being sent out? I checked my spam folder as well but I have not been receiving them for a couple of weeks now. Thanks!! |

Try sending an email, about this, to Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page.
Just the act of sending such an email might be enough to solve the issue, as it indicates to your email provider that you do wish to communicate with the gixen domain and would be interested in receiving the emails that it sends.. and therefore not to block any messages that originate from here.

| One of Gixen servers was having a reputation issue (who knows why, as I never spam users). I moved the service to another server, and it seems to work fine now. |
