Desktop Manager - layout issue

There are a few controls which are overlapping the grid in desktop manager v 2.1.0:

The label is under the grid heading, and the text field is on top of it.

This is on Win11 Pro 22H2 (22621.3155)

Note -- I tried to include an imgbb URL but this forum blocks h.t.t.p and h.t.t.p.s in text.

Have you tried resizing the window?
Does that make any difference ?
