I saw a message about confirming something to make sure my high value bids ($2000+) go through. However, I accidentally refreshed the page before I could click the link. Is there a way to get that page back?

That's on Ebay I presume ?
If so, that's a question best asked on their user forum, rather than this one, or by contacting their Customer Support.

Oh, well that's new to me then.
Perhaps email Mario direct at the support address given on the contact page (include your Gixen id), if it's something he's just added then he might know what triggers its' display.
