Gixen app not adding listings but your website does. This has been happening for almost 2 days.

Presumably you mean a mobile App ?

If so which operating system is your mobile running ?

I use Windows 10. The message says \"Could not get item list, error returned\" when trying to add listings.

Are you trying to import a list from your Ebay account ?

If so I recommend checking that your authorisation, administered from the second section on the Settings page, is still current.

In any case there's no harm renewing that before trying again, it costs nothing and only takes a couple of minutes of your time once you have navigated there.

I REAUTHORIZED and tried importing my Ebay listings again to my computer thru the Gixen app but I still can't. Just get the same error message. I've searched Ebay to see if there was somewhere I could verify my authorization but no luck. I thought there was somewhere on Ebay that you could authorize an app to use my account.

The Gixen app I have still exercises bidding and refreshing for the listings I had before all this happened. And I can add a listing, with a bid, using the listing id number manually. Just can't import using \"Tools\"

You are talking about Gixen Desktop Manager I assume?

Please try again now, I believe I found and fixed the bug that caused this.
