Gixen renewal how do I stop it

My Gixen account is unlinked to ebay.
I am struggling to relink it.
So don't want to pay:-

How do I sort it.

To cancel any automated payment you need to log into the Paypal account where that is set up, find the payment there and delete it.

What issue are you having with renewing your authorisation using the second section of the settings page, as explained here:
