Old unused mirror chunks disappeared after buying new chunk

Hello,

I bought 6 mirror chunks in December 2018. From my emails I see that I had only used two of those chunks.

This month I bought more chunks, forgetting that I had some chunks remaining from before. But those old chunks seem to be no longer available. Can this be fixed?

Any chunks purchased should be cumulative, I suspect you have multiple accounts. Please email me and include your username and I will resolve this for you.
