I was just billed via autorenewal for the next two years although my current subscription was paid through (I believe) 2024. I'm now apparently subscribed into 2027.
I want to support Gixen, but am I being billed annually even though I've selected the two-year renewal option? If so, I'll change my subscription term to annual.
Thanks. I use your service regularly, and have slept better nights for it. |

It sounds like you have subscribed multiple times for the same account, Mario can sort that out for you if you email the details direct to him at the support address given on the Contact page.
