Can’t log in

I loaded the app but couldn’t log in. Changed the password but still can’t log in. Realised I may have used a capital in my username here whereas I don’t on ebay. So I changed my name on Gixen and now I can’t log in at all.

I also paid my Mirror annual fee again although I think my former subscription is still current.

I understand I need to post here before Mario can fix it.

N.B. The credentials that you use for Ebay are entirely separate from the credentials that you use on Gixen, they are only linked via the authority that you give Gixen to place bids on Ebay for that account.
