multiple subscriptions - how to fix?

I just noticed (because of multiple PayPal payment confirmation emails) that I have more than one mirror subscription with auto-recurring renewal; after more digging I found that this is the 3rd year this has been happening!
Although mirror subscriptions are extremely reasonably priced, I would really rather not be auto-renewing two of them, just one.
I found an option to delete my account, but I'm not sure that's how to fix this.

Please email me and include your username, and we will resolve this. I typically refund whatever I can (whatever paypal allows), and if there is any extra credit left I place the remaining paypal auto-renewal on pause until what is paid is used first.
