withdrawn money from my PayPal without permission

On 06.09.2022 money got withdrawn from my PayPal account from Gixen for a subscription i did not want.
On 22.06.2022 i subscribed for 2 years and then on 06.09.2022 money got withdrawn from my PayPal for anothen 1 year subscription for the year 2025 that I do not want.

The way that Paypal recurring payments work is that they send the money, Gixen does not request it.

So, the cause of your issue lies within Paypal and that is where you can control it for yourself. You need to look at the recurring payments that you have set up within that account and cancel any that you no longer want or require.
