Gixen educational videos

We made some educational videos on various Gixen features.

Some are on very basics, such as creating an account, scheduling a snipe, etc, while other cover topics less frequently used, such as browser add-ons, basic and advance use of various types of Gixen groups, etc.

Particularly important video covers re-authorizing Gixen, something that has to be done every 18 months, or whenever you change your ebay password. Please familiarize yourself with this process, it's important.

How do I know if I have an auto renewing subscription. I'm logged in, but don't see any tab stating info about your account. I can see my snipes history.

I found my old email when I first started a paid subscription. It stated auto renewal with PayPal and gives the date you will be charged

I did not see any videos on using the gixen app.
Can it do anything other the display the current status?
Editing a current bid would be very handy.

Having received the email, I too tried to check if I had a recurring subscription but that didn't seem possible. I did see 'Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Tue, Feb 7, 2023'.

I thought I was probably on an annual recurring but thought that I may as well continue on with the 2 year subscription so I did that.

Unfortunately, it starts immediately so I'm now paying two subscriptions. Mmmmmm ... not a good outcome.

the My Snipes tab does not work as per the video in Forefox. It does not open a separate list showng only items that already have a snipe.
