\"Your ebay authorization has expired\" even thou

I have this message in my account even though I renewed the authorization, at least I thought, multiple times:

Your ebay authorization has expired or expires in less than 10 days. Please renew it on the Gixen settings page or your snipes may fail.

If you follow all the directions provided in this blog you should not get that message any more, and if you do something has gone wrong with the process.

As an extra check once completed I'd advise looking on the Ebay side of things, as indicated at the end of that blog.
