New user tried to set up snipe but cannot get it work or does it take time to show in the my snipes
If I cannot get it work plse tell me how to remove it

I'm not sure what you mean, to be honest.

What are you expecting that is not happening ?

Is the snipe appearing on your snipes page after you push the 'Add' button ?

The bid itself will only be sent to Ebay in the last seconds of the auction as that's the whole point of sniping.
