I can't log in from the IOS app (iPhone  / No issues with using the Web from my phone and desktop.
I deleted the app, rebooted the phone and re-installed the app. It still says invalid password. |

Are you typing in your credentials from scratch, or using values stored in your phone ?

It's probably best to email Mario direct then. Only he has access to details about your Gixen account.
He can be contacted at the support address given on the Contact page.
Please include your Gixen id in the email, but not your password.
