Hi, since some days i noticed that i have to keep logging in into my account. Every day or so i get the message that i need to log in AGAIN.
Please make the cookies persistent, to last 3 months or more.

I can imagine there might be guidance about that being a higher security risk... in which case not everyone would be happy with such a change.

it's not a security risk, but a bug. In less than 24 hours the same error. Please fix.

If you are not able to log in, I'd first recommend using a different browser, just in case the one you are using is in some way messed up.
Then, if that does not work, and you are not able to reset your password, you should contact Mario direct via email at the support address given on the Contact page. Please always include your Gixen id with all email communications.
