My wife is trying to get onto Gixen on her phone. She can't seem to do it. She is putting in the correct user name and password, but it won't let her sign on?
What is the solution to fix this.

Is she trying to log on to the mobile web interface via a mobile browser (in which case which browser ?) or using one of the Mobile Apps (in which case which one; is she using an Android powered or Apple powered mobile ?).

She is using Chrome, and she has an Android phone.

Is she able to log in from her computer? How do you know the password is the correct one?

Yes, she can get onto Gixen using our laptop, but not with her phone. Using the correct user name and password.
