I missed an auction today.
I have been a client of Gixen with an account since Jan 2017 and used it before that for a few years. I am 99.9% happy but confused as to what went wrong today.

My Bid 1115. Sold at 995 (original asking price and only one bid). I am fairly sure it was not due to end so soon. There was no offer now or i would have bought it. This was not because of increment rule.

If you have time please have a look and tell me if I have done something incorrect.

In order for anyone to be able to look into it you'll need to tell us the auction id number.

Are you still able to provide that ?

It would also be useful if you could provide the Status that Gixen has given the snipe now that the auction has completed.

My best guess given what you've said though, at this stage, is that it was sold after a Best Offer was accepted by the seller.
