For some reason, the system will not accept my user ID and password. I have never had this problem before and I am a longtime user of the mirror service. I have tried resetting my password and I have also tried resetting my user ID but I cannot get a reset code no matter what I do. I have emailed Gixen support several times but no response. I literally have been shut out of using my Mirror account, I have no idea what to do. Can someone please email me at Gameusedequip2 at hotmail.com??? |

I received a response from Mario, did you get that too ?
If not I'd recommend checking your spam folder to see if the responses are there.
