Can't renew Ebay authorisation after password change

I've had to change the password on my Ebay account and I now get a message on my Gixen homepage saying my Ebay authorization has expired and I need to renew it on the Ebay settings page. When I click on the settings link, all I get is a new tab opening up with a blank page apart from the Gixen header bar and a small message saying "Mirror Login Failed". This is preventing me from renewin the authorization.

Is this a current fault in the system or is there a problem with my account?
