Entered Ebay item #264994234945 and bid amount. Gixen wouldn't take the item #. Saw message that dues were about to expire. (I had paid recurring in the Fall 2020) I paid nonrecurring this time tonight. However Gixen is still not taking the item #. I beleive I am owed a refund, but why isn't Gixen taking the item #? Thank you for your time

Is it possible that you have set up more than one Gixen account ?

On the Settings page, at the top what does it now say your subscription is good until (first section).

Is it possible that it is your authorisation for Gixen to be able to bid on your behalf that has expired (second section) and not your subscription ?. If so, you can update that via that section at no cost, it needs doing at least once every 18 months as Ebay expires the authorisation after that.

If it's none of the above, do you get an error message in red when you try to add an item ?

I think I saw your email and responded. I refunded the extra payment. The problem is likely in the expired eBay authorization. This can be renewed on the Gixen settings page, and is free of charge. eBay requires this every 18 months.

Thank you Mario for the refund. That was it exactly. I didn't link Gixen to Ebay. I just did that and I was able to enter my snipe. Thanks again for all your help. Best regards, John

I received an email to renew(I'm on Auto-renewal). There was a note in the past that if you let your subscription lapse, you would pay more than the old 2-year renewal cost. So I paid with the link. A few days later, the Auto-renewal charged me again. I'm now paid thru Jan. 2025. Please refund the extra payment, and keep me on the Auto-renewal for Jan. 2023.

You need to request this via email to the support address on the Contact tab above. Please include your Gixen id in the correspondence.
