I've used Gixen for several years, always paid for the mirror service and am currently paid up. However, for some reason I now have to wait for the 60 second countdown every time I log in to Gixen. Is there something I can do to fix this on my side?

| This shouldn't be the case - please email me and include your username. Most of the time this happens when users have multiple accounts, but are unaware of it. |
