| The hyperlinks in the 11/13 email requesting initiating or extending subscriptions don't work, and I don't see how to get those options at the website. Also, how can I check the status of my current subscription? |

First you need to log in here via the web interface.
Then on the snipes page you ned to push the Settings button.
You can view the status of your Mirror subscription and see all the available options in the first section of the page that comes up.
