In the App store search for 'Gixen Ebay Auction sniper'.
It took me a while to find it too.

Since it's a new app, and I suspect also because it's free, it's pretty low in the search results, however it's available globally.
You can probably help it by leaving a (positive) review. |

Thanks Mark / Mario. Got it now.
You would have thought if your search term was just ‘Gixen’ that it would be top of the search results as no other app contains the word, but the Search facility on App Store is quite frankly awful. Not the first time I’ve failed to find an App from a relatively simple search. |
