Tried using Gixen but did not work. Received this error message.
"EBAY ERROR: TRANSACTION BLOCKED (2)"
Please help.

What is your eBay username and what was the auction number that you scheduled a snipe on?
Have you any Non Paying Bidder strikes against your account?

| skytrading8, this just happens sometimes. It's usually related to some issue with the seller. I do not know why ebay does this. |

In this situation I usually contact the seller and ask them if they are blocking my bids intentionally for some reason.
I've had a case where they said they were not (after I was blocked on two of their auctions), they must have done something though as the block was removed and I could bid on the next one of their auctions that I was interested in. They claimed it was an eBay glitch that they reported and was resolved by eBay themselves.
