DUMB PAYPAL

Hi

This is for information, I'd like to know if somebody has had this problem.

I missed an auction yesterday (300250964660); Gixen message was : "Auction Restricted - No PayPal account"

But I've got a PayPal account for ages (the seller was accepting PayPal indeed), and I was using PayPal without any trouble 7-8 hours before the end of the auction, paying for a previous one.

So this is not a Gixen error I guess; today, when I got connected to PayPal website I was asked to modify some socalled wrong informations on my account (phone number webpage). But nothing needs to be modified as all the informations are still ok.

WTF?

eBay has had this problem several times in the past - apparently ebay and paypal accounts get "unlinked" in some way. I would go to eBay and repeat the process of linking your paypal account.
