| When i login on the android app, it's not recognizing my subscription. it says i only have 4 snipes for the month. Anything i can do to fix that? I don't have that issue logged into my account on a desktop. |

That's an odd one.
As a first step please can you recheck that you're logging in to exactly the same Gixen id.
