I KEEP GETTING CHARGED OVER AND OVER AGAIN... 2 TIMES IN ONE MONTH
I HAVE COMPLAINED AND SAID TO STOP. HOW DO YOU QUIT CHARGING ME
I WANT IT REVERSED FOR LAST 4 TIMES.  THIS IS REDICULOUS I AM 80 YEARS
OLD, I DO NOT NEED THIS RENEWED... LAST TIME I LOOKED IT IS GOOD 
THROUGH 2038. I WILL BE DEAD LONG BEFORE THAT TIME.

Who have you been complaining to ?

Gixen doesn't request any payments, it just reacts to them being sent to it. That will be why you're massively oversubscribed, because you've set up more promises to send money than you need.

If they are with Paypal you can log in to your Paypal account and cancel them there, there should be a similar process if you used Stripe.

As for refunds, only Mario can provide those, and you'll need to speak to him directly, via email, at the support address provided on the Contact page. Be sure to provide your Gixen id as well as details of which payments were not required. Please note that for any payments over 6 months old it can be challenging to get the money back to you, even if that's what is intended. Mario may also be able to block future payments in certain circumstances, but like I say it's best if you cancel those yourself.

Finally, I certainly hope that you WILL still be with us in 2038.

You subscribed multiple times. I canceled duplicate subscriptions, issued refunds for the most recent payments and put the remaining paypal subscription on pause until you use what you already paid for.
