Multiple Failed Snipes

Safari, MacOS (latest), Gixen Paid.

Tonight, for the first time ever, I had many snipes fail to place a bid for me. Happened to quite a few bids. I changed nothing about my approach, and have been using Gixen for months without this issue. Some worked, others didn't. To be clear, this wasn't an issue of bid increments or anything of that sort. Admittedly, most of the auctions were just a few minutes until finishing at the time the snipes were set, but this wasn't an issue in the past.

What status is Gixen giving the failed snipes ?

For many years there was a warning on the snipes page not to schedule (or edit) snipes within 2 minutes of the auction end. It might be a bit less than that these days however a certain amount of preparation time will be required by the software before snipes can operate consistently.
