Does the payment transaction appear at the end of the first section on the Settings page ?
Do you have a record of the last payment sent to you, via email, from the payment provider ?
If so, does it reference the Gixen id that it applies to, and does that match up with what you are using to log in to Gixen ?
What is the Gixen id that you are logging in to ? _________________ Mark |

1. settings page says Gixen Mirror Subscription: not subscribed
2.I can't locate the payment receipt, but I registered on 12/12/2025. That's probably when I paid.
3. N/A

How about doing a search in Paypal for transactions around that date ?

No, I'm looking for what you type into the text box next to 'Username' when you log in to get to the snipes page, it's also displayed after 'Bids for ' near the top left of the snipes page once you have logged in. _________________ Mark |

Ah, so you paid via Stripe ?
Does your credit card account show how much you paid ?
Any payment against your gixenpixen account should still be reflected at the end of the first section of the Settings page once you've logged into that account.
Have you ever logged into Gixen with any other credentials, or is this, as far as you know, the only Gixen account that you've ever used ? _________________ Mark |

As I recall I paid around $20. It was a 2 year non automatic renewal subscription.
Yes, I had a free membership under another username. However, I've been sniping for over six months with the username I listed above. I'll log in with the old username to see if that works. |

OK, so somehow your subscription has become associated with the wrong Gixen account.
Have you ever used the Transfer your mirror subscription section of the Settings page ?
I'm wondering if somehow a transfer got lost in the recent change between front end servers that happened recently... but I don't really know how that might happen.
In any case you can use that option to transfer the subscription to the account you were using, if you like. If you do though, remember to set up your authorisation to access the Ebay account that you want, after you've transferred the subscription. _________________ Mark |
