One of the datacenters where Gixen hosts its servers (Nocix) has had a major outage today. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and placed both front-end severs in the same facility, which resulted in the extended front-end down time. I will make sure something like this does not happen again.
The main backend server was not affected by this, so snipes were being executed during this time.
Mirror server was affected as well, and I am working on restoring full functionality. I expect it will take another hour or two. |

Aha? I thought as much. I seem to have full functionality back now so you can disregard the email I sent you (I?m sure I wasn?t alone).

Thank you, and for sure lessons to learn here, after so many years.
The good here is that snipes were still executing, the bad is that users could not make edits for several hours. That's far too long. |

| I think your outage is still happening. I cant set any new snipes. After I do I just get a blank page. I go back to my snipes and after 3 to 4 tries it loads, but again, failure if I try to add a new snipe. |

It's not a recurrence of the same outage, otherwise you wouldn't be able to access the web front end at all.
However, I wonder whether it might be a recurrence of this, perhaps reintroduced as a result of the enforced migration to a new server at a different facility.
Only Mario has the access required to check that out though.
