| Hi, I have emailed multiple times with this issue. I've been using gixen for years. My sub was paid but my access was lost. |

Do you have any other Gixen ids ?
Does the payment appear on the Settings page ?

So, I-N08UU0TYLW0A is your Gixen user name and when logged in with that id, the payment appears on your Settings page as the latest paid transaction ?
... and that is your only Gixen account ?
I'm assuming stealthsurf70 is your Ebay user name, but that's not of significance when talking about Mirror subscriptions.
Is your Authorisation for that Ebay account still active and indicated as such in the second section of the Settings page, below the payment links which are at the end of the first section ?

It was also my ebay name.
I changed my ebay name last year but steathsurf70 remained the username on the given home page.
It worked ok last year.
My sub went through on April 7th
I-N08UU0TYLW0A is my gixen ID
My new ebay name has authorised but my subscription isn't.

So, I-N08UU0TYLW0A isn't your Gixen id ?... It's your payment reference from Paypal ... and the date of that transaction was April 7th 2026 ?
So, is that payment reference on the Gixen Settings page, as I asked in my first response ?
... and the Ebay name that you are now using appears in the second section of the Settings page (with the second to fourth characters blanked with a '*' and an Authorisation that expires sometime in the future ?
Can you explain exactly what you mean by 'no access' ?:
Can you log in ?
Can you schedule snipes ?
Can you access the Settings page ?
Can you only schedule up to 4 snipes at a time ?
Do you receive any error messages at all when doing any of this ?

Settings for user stealthsurf70:
Subscription ID - I-N08UU0TYLW0A stealthsurf70 April 7, 2026 8.95 0.59 576379067A105621L
I connected to my new ebay name as I did last year but I couldn't get it to work. Wouldn't let me load any snipes.
On the 14th of April I cancelled the recuring sub as I thought the ebay name being different was the problem and planned to restart it on the next annual sub date. I now have this message.
Your Gixen mirror subscription expired on Wed, Apr 15, 2026. You have 0 mirror chunks remaining.
I don't mind paying again as it's great value but having no replies from emails with help on these issues does not leave me with much confidence that paying again will magically sort the problem out.

It's actually recommended that your Ebay id is different from your Gixen id.

I think this may be related to you cancelling the recurring payment the day before that, though I agree it shouldn't have taken away any credit that you had built up from the payment made on April 7th. That's provided that you didn't also receive a refund of that payment ?

There shouldn't be any need to pay again if the credit you paid for has been taken away or transferred elsewhere erroneously.
Please be aware though that it's unlikely that you'll be able to renew it at the 8.95 that you were paying before you cancelled the recurring payment because the cost of starting a new subscription has risen since you started that one.
Did you at any point, perhaps even last year, attempt to transfer your subscription elsewhere using the 'Transfer your mirror subscription' section of the Settings page ?

So, now we are getting somewhere, you are able to log in... are you able to schedule any snipes at all, and if not are you getting any error messages when you try to add them manually ?
Or are you specifically getting the:
'You have reached the limit of 4 free snipes (won + scheduled) within the last month. Please subscribe to Gixen mirror on the settings page before adding more snipes.'

Jason, stealthsurf70 account seems fine to me. Both subscription and ebay authorization are fine.
When you say \"could not load any snipes\" what exactly are you trying to do? |

- My sub was paid, but my access to the web and desktop is locked out.
- Main account is BOATS22, 2nd is BATMAN34 (unpaid)

SURE. I can not get into my accounts, password is saved, so I know 95% im right, there is a 5% chance I messed up the password when I requested a new one, but I can't get \"IN\" to BOATS22 or BATMAN34 accounts.

You are not talking about changing any credentials on your Ebay account(s), are you ?
Gixen accounts are entirely separate entities.
If so, my understanding is that you've used the process initiated from:

If so can you explain how far you got with that process..

In any case it's a very different issue from the one this thread was stated about by stealthsurf70.

Why were you initiating the process in the first place ?
Let's first make sure this isn't related to your Ebay credentials, you have not changed your password on your Ebay accounts, have you ?

Yes, all those may be true... but the issue is that you aren't able to log in... that's not the issue for stealthsurf70, as we've eventually established.
I think the point here is that people need to be a lot more specific about the issues they are having, because symptoms and causes that may appear similar, in fact, have very different route causes, and it's the details that matter in trying to resolve all such issues.

To further clarify, for casual readers, if you want to change which Ebay account Gixen submits bids on the section to use on the Settings page is the second, titled 'eBay authorization status:'
Only if you want to change which Gixen account has a Mirror subscription should you use the section titled 'Transfer your mirror subscription'

My apology for the late response, I don't always respond to emails the same day, especially when there are events like the recent one.
You transferred your subscription away to hal****covers (some characters intentionally covered, but you should recognize it). You can transfer it back if you wish so using the same procedure. |
